You’re going to love our shit but if you need to return or exchange Gluestick Enterprises apparel or decals, here’s what you need to know:
- Items must be in new condition - unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free.
- All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Merchandise returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date of your order, as shown on your order's tracking number.
- The original receipt and return / exchange form must be included with your return.
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs; we cover the cost of shipping exchanges back your way.
If we made a mistake with your purchase, please let us know within 5 days of receipt of your order. We do our best to not suck and perfection is tough to guarantee but we promise to fix our mistakes.
